Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Summer Rider 3D, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Game Access

This site lists games and serves each one through an embedded frame, together with supporting information about how it plays. The games remain the property of their respective developers and distributors, and credits for a specific title are given on that title's page where the information is known. This site is independent and does not claim official ownership of any game.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the embedded game, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Availability

Game availability depends on the configured frame source for each title, network access, and whether that source allows embedding. We may update or remove embedded access if it becomes unavailable or inappropriate.
